This project supports minority ethnic communities in and around Renfrewshire and Glasgow with employability pathways support including:

• Modern apprenticeships

• Work placements

• Volunteering

• Further education and training support

• Support to access SQA accreditation in Employability Level 4 (1 x 10-week course)

• Facilitate dialogue between minority ethnic individuals and would be employers

This is done through one-to-one support and group training.
