This strand offers free bilingual advocacy support for minority ethnic people in response to COVID 19.  We support service users and have their voices heard, empowered and involved in making decisions that affect their lives.   The strand works across greater Glasgow.

The strand also supports service users to engage with society by taking an active role.

The support includes:

  • Advice and support around financial rights, mental health and wellbeing.

  • One to one surgery based on appointments.

  • Completing online forms

  • Bilingual support for Arabic Speakers

  • Signposting to mainstream services

  • Workshop activities for service users around the COVID 19 impact and mental health.
