This year Let’s Cook Grow Sew Together Project is organising a free Summer Programme of activities for 5-10 years during school holidays. We will run the programme twice to allow more children to take part. The places filled out really fast over last two days but we have reserved 4 spaces at each programme to children from refugee and asylum seeker families.

Programme is free but places are  limited and allocated at first come first served basis so please get in touch as soon as possible to secure a place.

Summer Programme

Monday- Friday 10am- 2:30pm

11th July- 22nd of July

AND

Monday- Friday 10am-2:30pm

25th July- 5th of August

Both programmes last for two weeks and will be based at Napiershall Street Centre, 39 Napiershall Street, G20 6EZ . Days will consist of a variety of activities including building planters for the garden, creating upcycled mosaic, outings to Children’s Wood, trip to Science Centre and many more.

Throughout the programme young people will learn about importance of environment and how we can take care of it. There will be some home activities to be completed between sessions and all participants and their families  are invited to join a celebration event of August the 6th (time to be confirmed) when all participants will receive a certificate and showcase  their learning and work.
